Knitting's not just for grandma's anymore. Ask Ryan, Meryl, & Julia. Knitting is one of the most popular ways to relieve stress and relax these days. You've likely seen a friend or two dabble in it on social media or an athlete at the olympics. Knitting's easy to get into too - just yarn, needles and a tutorial to get you started, although you would likely have a few misshapen creations at the beginning. The simple repetitive action of the craft can help calm the mind and give one a sense of purpose and accomplishment.

This class will get you started using simple steps towards a completed scarf or cowl. All materials included in the fee. The 2nd two dates will be determined in class. Ages 13+
