Intro to Photogrammetry Workshop

Led by: Lee Smalt, web & motion designer 
Location: Community Room

This hands-on class will introduce you to the basics of photogrammetry, a process that transforms photos into detailed, digital 3D models. Bring in your own object to practice on. Perfect for students interested in technology, animation, 3D design, engineering, and gaming. 

Includes a short presentation on the how, why, and history of photoscanning, followed by a chance to scan your own objects. Bring an item (no larger than 6 inches wide by 10 inches tall) and leave with a downloadable 3D model for your project!
